DCS was invited by Symantec to join its "Symantec : The Resilent Data Center".DCS conducted a demonstration session for Symantec NetBackup as a leading professional partner.

DCS and PTS presented their strong readiness in providing Global ERP Cloud which is a world class ERP from Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. PTS is the first partner in the APAC who provides the ERP Application in cloud model, with the strong support from DCS in providing its cloud computing services.

The company will operate its works with the maintenance of the environmental equilibrium following the requirements of laws or regulations, of which relate to the environment, according to universal standards or suitable standards in each type of business. When it carries out its business with communities it will address and co-operate with the communities on the issues of environmental maintenance from any caused by the operation of the company as follows:

Maintain and protect from any effect on the environment, by providing any equipment for the treatment of its waste, in order not to make any effect on the environment and communities, when it carries out its business.

If any of the company's products/services or any operation of the company, causes
any effect on the environment, it will urgently solve any problem and be
responsible for the damages, with fairness.

3.

The company will train people and set up a system of examination, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and will develop their efficiency for environmental safety, and keep the public's confidence.

4.

The company will donate 5% of its normal business net profit, after deduction of
its income tax of the particular financial year, for the benefit of juvenile education,
of whom are the poor or underprivileged, to the Yuvabadhana Foundation, or any
other public interest organization, of which it can be trusted according to the
criteria of its committee.

มีการฝึกอบรมและวางระบบการตรวจสอบ ดูแล บำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเพิ่มพูนประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมให้คงความปลอดภัยและเป็นที่มั่นใจต่อสาธารณะ

4.

จัดสรรกำไรเท่ากับจำนวนร้อยละ 5 ของกำไรสุทธิหลังจากหักภาระค่าภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลของรอบปีบัญชีนั้น บริจาคเพื่อประโยชน์ด้านการศึกษาแก่เยาวชนที่มีฐานะยากจนหรือด้อยโอกาส ต่อมูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ หรือองค์กรสาธารณกุศลอื่นๆ ซึ่งมีความน่าเชื่อถือ ตามที่กรรมการกำหนด

Treatment of Business Partners and Creditors

 
2.1   Conduct mutual business fairly without exploitation, and honor and comply with the conditions stipulated in the contracts. In the case of inability to fulfill any agreement, negotiations immediately be made in advance with the business partner or creditor to jointly find solutions to the problem and prevent damages.
2.2   Do not solicit, accept, or give any undue benefits in dealing with business partners or creditors. If there is any information regarding the bestowment of any undue benefits, consultations must be made with the business partners or creditors to mutually resolve the matter on a fair and timely basis.

Code of Conduct for Employees

 
6.1   Perform duties with responsibility, integrity, and perseverance for the progress and stability of the Company and the employees themselves.
6.2   Perform duties diligently, as well as seek ways to constantly develop and improve work efficiency.
6.3   Strictly comply with the Company's policies and regulations.
6.4   Jointly forge and maintain unity and solidarity among employees, work together, and solve problems as an effective team.
6.5   Use the Company's assets for the maximum benefit of the Company and ensure no damage or loss of these assets, as well as refrain from using the Company's assets for personal benefit or the benefit of other persons.
6.6   Refrain from any action that infringes the intellectual property rights of the Company or others, including the use of pirated software in the Company.
6.7   Secure the Company's confidential information by cautiously protecting all confidential documents and information of the Company against any leakage or usage by non-related persons that may cause damages to the Company.
6.8   Refrain from disclosing or exploiting any information that is confidential business information of the Company's, which includes the production formula, production process, and important business information and news of the Company that must be concealed from other persons by any means whatsoever.
6.9   Provide care and assistance in maintaining work safety and good work environment.
6.10   Inform relevant agencies or the management if there is any misconduct or illegal action within the Company, including the possession or use of drugs.
6.11   Do not exploit ones' authority or permit others to exploit their authority to wrongfully seek personal gains for oneself or for others.
6.12   Refrain from any act that causes damage to the Company's image and reputation.

Treatment of Colleagues (Supervisors, Subordinates and Colleagues)

 
7.1   Provide assistance and support to each other for the benefit of the work and the working environment of the Company as a whole and respect the rights of other employees within the same company.
7.2   Supervisors must make themselves respectable to the subordinates, strictly comply with policies and regulations, be a role model for the subordinates and administer the subordinates with principles and reasons that are righteous.
7.3   Treat supervisors with respect and treat colleagues with kindness and good human relationship. Do not defame supervisors and colleagues without actual evidence.
7.4   Honor others by not claiming ownership of their work.

DCS hosted an annual football match with Vichai Trading Co., Ltd., one of DCS key customers in professional multimedia solutions. The event hosted at Drive Shoot Field, Soi Watcharapol.

DCS with Professional Training Service Co., Ltd. (PTS) and Oracle Corporation (Thailand) Ltd. hosted a formal launch of PTS new service, Global ERP Cloud Service. PTS is to provide the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application in SaaS model which run at DCS data center.

Thai Union Manufacturing Co., Ltd. visited DCS data center for better confidence in DCS services.

DCS offerred a site visit for the students in faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at data center. 

As a company under Premier Group of Companies, DCS set up a workshop for DCS people across the company to maximize the "Premier Core Value" under the mission of "Harmonious Alignment of Success", the harmony of business, employees, and social. The session was live broadcasted over the internet to enable all DCS staff to join the session from anywhere in the world.

DCS by DCS Club, the club managed by DCS staff, hosted a salt lick project at Khao Ang Rue Nai wild live sanctuary, Chachoengsao Province. DCS staff and their younger generations shared the valuable and fun time together for the national wild life.

DCS offered its Green Data Center as a site visited for the Higher Education Commission. On August 3, 2011, Management team from HEC visited DCS Green Data Center to experience the real operation of Certified Data Center at DCS.

DCS sponsored its live broadcasting services for Mama online tution project from University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce to over 400 schools across Thailand. Besides, 1-year archiving service also provided for all members.
